I am an inveterate lover of science fiction so when the opportunity to work on such an extensive project based on a graphic adventure as mysterious and captivating as Zarya-1, I could not pass up the opportunity and immediately I was absorbed in one of the most exciting projects in which I have participated.

Zarya-1 is the chilling story of a group of astronauts who explore a mysterious abandoned moon base. It is a graphic adventure where each of the decisions the player makes are able to take him on a completely different path and towards an alternative ending, it is one of those games that you must finish carefully again and again to discover all its mysteries and to be able to see its alternative endings.

Due to the great variety of stories and possible endings that zarya-1 has, it is the project with the most text in which it has worked approximately 45,000 words.

Being a science fiction and psychological terror story, I had the opportunity to give practical use to all my knowledge about science fiction. Zarya-1 takes inspiration from the Alien saga and the novels of the master HP lovecraft, so I got fully engaged in such an exciting project. In addition, the plot of this video game is full of historical references of the Third Reich and the Nazis so I had to work closely with the development team to achieve a translation into Spanish that kept the references names and key symbolisms of this historical period.

This project took me about a month to translate it completely and make the relevant corrections. The software I used was MemoQ and I had to make sure to comply with the limits established by the user interface that this videogame would have on the different platforms on both Android and iOS.
